摘要
利用扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜对采自我国海南、云南和日本的七指蕨的孢子进行了观察 .结果表明 ,采自不同国家和地区的标本孢子形态高度一致 ,孢子球形 ,三裂缝 .外壁厚 ,由外壁形成纹饰轮廓 ,呈粗大、多少愈合、上带小刺的棒状纹饰 .周壁很薄 ,紧附于外壁上 .作者从孢子形态的角度 。
Spore of Helminthostachys zeylanica from Yunnan and Hannan of China and Japan was examined by SEM and TEM. Their spore morphology is same. The spores are globose, trilete, with crassus exospore and thin perispore. The surface ornamentation of spore is coarse, prominent, more or less fused baculate with delicate projections. The systematic status of the genus Helminthostachys was discussed in this paper.
