中国后生耳蕨组的孢子形态研究 被引量:2

摘要 对国产耳蕨属(Polystichum)后生耳蕨组(Sect.Metapolystichum)26种的孢子形态进行了研究。结果表明,后生耳蕨组的孢子周壁纹饰可大致分为粗糙、翅状、脊状、疣状、穴状和网状6类。各种的周壁纹饰均有一定差异,同种的孢子形态较为稳定。从孢子形态特征看,支持PolystichumyunnanenseChrist和P.JizhushanenseChing为独立的种。本文还结合其它特征,讨论了后生耳蕨组孢子形态的演化趋势,进而从孢粉学的角度推测本组线鳞系Ser.Linearia可能是较为原始的一群,失盖系Ser.Exindusiata则可能为较为进化的一支。本文还以也孢子形态特征编制了后生耳蕨组分种归类检索表。 The spores of 26 specics of Scet. Metapolytichum(Polystichum)in China have been studied under LM and SEM. The resultS Show that the spores are monolate,elliptic in polar view,reniform in equatorial view,all with perines,(24.3-45.6)×(28.2-61.4)×(24.3-57.1)μm in size.The perine sculptures of 26 species almost are different from one another and can be divided into 6 types: scabrate,wing-like, cristate, verrucate, foveolate and reticulate. The check to the different spore materials of Polystichum piceo-peleaceum Tagawa collected from Sichuan and Yunnan proves the stable spore characters. And,the perine sculpture of P. braunii(Spenn.)Fee is same as that studied by D.H. Wagner( 1979) from North America. From spore characters,we found thatP.yunnanense Christ and P. jizhushanense Ching,which were been confused by C.R.Fraser-Jenkins and S.P. Khullar in 1985, are different respectively from P. discretum(Don)Diels and P.piceo-paleaceum Tagawa. The evolutionary trends of spores in this section are supposed as:sculptures from other types to reticulate; sizes from small to large; varyings in size from slightly to strongly. So,Ser Linearia is guessed as the most primitive one in Sect. Metapolystichum and Ser.Exindusiata the most evolutionary one. Employing spore morphological characters,the paper gives a key to species of Sect.Metapelystichum too.
