摘要
提出了中介信息元的概念 ,利用零件的几何面在 CAD和 CAPP系统中的一致性 ,为零件模型的几何面构造了信息对象模型来作为形位公差、表面粗糙度、加工基准等非几何信息的载体 ,为解决单纯以特征作为非几何信息载体时无法实现上述信息从 CAD系统向 CAPP系统的完整传递的问题提出了一种可行的方法。根据 CAD系统传递的零件几何信息以及中介信息元库中保存的非几何信息 ,CAPP系统就能够实现制造特征的识别、加工方法的推理、加工余量推算、工序图生成等模块 ,使 CAD/CAPP的真正集成成为可能。
This paper presents an efficient and reliable method for information describing method for information sharing for the integration of CAD and CAPP. Compared with traditional feature-based part information describing systems, this method is more constructive in solving the description of non-geometrical information related with surfaces directly, such as form tolerance and position tolerance,surface roughness, surface heat treatment, etc.. It can transfer those non-geometrical information of the part into CAPP system without information losing. CAPP system can get the part's geometrical information from CAD system directly and get non-geometrical information from the part's intermediate information cell (I 2C) database. With the help of I 2C, we can describe the non-geometrical in formation of a surface in an I 2C model, and offer them directly to recognize machining feature,complete process reasoning and generate process-drawing,etc..
