摘要
将复杂机械系统按运动、结构特征以及对目标的影响分解为若干个独立的模块 ,每个模块选出其代表特征的一个或几个变量作为设计变量进行优化。然后再对各模块进行优化设计 ,使之趋近于上级优化得到的最优值 ,并将该方法用于抽油机的优化设计中。
A complex mechanism system could be divided into several unattached modules according to the characteristics of movement and framework. Of course, every module's influence on objective function should be considered. We can choose one or several characteristic parameter(s) from every module to serve as design variable(s), certainly, the parameter(s) must represent the characteristic of the module. This kind of treatment solves the relativity between the modules successfully. After first optimization design, the characteristic parameters can be optimized. Then we process the second optimization design to every module. At this time, the objective function is changed to characteristic parameters, which should be equal to the optimized characteristic parameter in the first optimization as close as possible. Lastly, the optimization design strategy is used to solve overall optimization design.The pumping unit design example shows that the optimization design strategy is different from other classical optimization design and is efficient.
