从研究“人性”理论入手,针材企业改革并实行公司制以后,存在的子、分公司中既有效益好的单位,又有效益不好的单位的现实,畅谈了笔者对建立完善激励机制的看法。
Starts with studying on the theory of human nature, in accordance with the reality: after implementing company system, in existence good benefit and had benefit branch companies, the author speaks glowing of the view about establishing perfect urge system.
