摘要
介绍了扬州市第三水厂斜管沉淀池排泥系统改造 ,即将V形槽穿孔管排泥系统改建成漏斗式集中排泥系统 ,排泥管由钢管改用阻力系数较小的PVC U管。改造后不仅改善了排泥效果 ,延长了排泥周期 ,增加了供水能力 ,且降低了操作强度。
The sludge discharge system in the inclined tube settling tank in the Third Waterworks in Yangzhou City has been rebuilt. The perforated pipe in V flume was replaced by a small funnel based centralized sludge discharge system and the steel sludge pipe was replaced by VPC U pipe with smaller friction resistance. The reconstruction was successful, and by light of this improved sludge discharge system the operation cycle of the settler extended and the output capacity increased, besides this also the labor intensity in operation released.
