摘要
文章对城市燃气供应系统泄漏爆炸事故现状进行了分析,说明了燃气事故风险评价的不确定性及其在健康、安全与环境(HSE)事故的定量风险评价(QRA)中的地位和作用。
This paper analyses the current situations of the fuel gas leakage and explosion accidents in urban supply system. The uncertainties of the assessments of fuel gas accidents and their role in the quantitative risk assessmentQRA of hygiene safety and environment HSE accidents have been discussed.
