摘要
为利用钼尾矿资源 ,以钼尾矿为主要原料 ,其他废渣为辅助料研制了玻璃材料。通过合适的热处理工艺研究了成分对性能的影响 ,用XRD确定了玻璃的析晶情况。结果表明 :钼尾矿的利用率可达 80 %以上 ,其性能达到或优于同类产品 ,可用于建筑和其他耐腐蚀的行业 。
For utilizing fo molybdic tailing,glasses were prepared using molybdic tailing and other slags as raw materials.The effects of composition changes on properties were investigated by proper heat-treatment conditions.And XRD was used to determine crystal phase.The result shown that the molybdic tailing can be used at radio of 80 per cent.The properties are same to or better than similar products.It can be used in building business and other business in which it can resist corrding.And it can also be used as the base glass to prepare glass ceramics.
