摘要
通过实验,我们观察到电刷镀Fe-Ni合金镀层为层状组织;获得了HV_(50)940左右的硬化层:重点研究低温热处理对镀层组织和性质的影响,初步探讨引起300℃硬度升高的原因,分析得出导致镀层硬化的因素是晶化强化和弥散析出强化,晶化过程是以亚稳相的形成开始的。
The morphology of Fe-Ni alloy deposit was investigated in this paper.Stresses were laid on the effect of heat treatment on the structure and properties of the coating.It is concluded that the factor causing the plating hardening dues to both crystallization and precipation.The process of crystallization starts in a form of metastable phase.
