摘要 研究了 3种催化剂对甲苯氨氧化反应的催化性能、反应温度、原料配比和空速对苯甲腈收率的影响。结果表明, V-Cr-Co-B-O/SiO2催化剂具有反应温度低、氨和氧的配比小、生产能力大和苯甲腈收率高等优点。当原料配比为甲苯 :氨 :氧 =1:4.7:3、空速 800h- 1及反应温度 350℃的条件下,苯甲腈收率可达 85.5%。 The effects of three catalysts on the catalytic property, reacting temperature, reactant ratio, and air velocity of the toluene ammoxidation and on the yield of benzonitrile are studied. The results show that the catalyst of V-Cr-Co-B-O/SiO2 is characterized by low reaction temperature, low ammonia to oxygen ratio, high production capacity and high benzonitrile yield and so on. 85.5% of benzonitrile can be reached when the ratio of reactants (toluene :ammonia :oxygen) is 1 :4.7 :3 and the air velocity is 800 h^(-1) and the reaction temperature 350℃ .
