以改性丙烯酸树脂为粘合剂 ,配以多种助剂 ,得到一种性能优良的适用于丝网印刷的高温电子浆料有机载体 ,并已应用于实际生产中。
A high performance of organic carrier used for electron paste of high sintering temperature, which is fitted for silk screen printing, has been prepared and put into practice. It consists of modified acrylic resin as binder and several kinds of assistants.
