“数字鸿沟”与我国中小学信息技术教育理论 被引量：1

摘要 信息技术的发展并未级所有城员带来机遇，反而在社会个体之间形成一种“鸿沟”，这种“鸿沟”的出现将极大地影响到社会信息的个体分配，从而引发一系列的社会问题。从整个民族、国家来看，民族之间、国家之间也因此存在巨大的“数字鸿沟”。文章分析了“鸿沟”出现的历史背景，具体分析了个体之间出现“鸿沟”的系列因素，并结合目前我国正在开展的信息技术教育，提出子相关的策略。
