摘要
利用M-200环-块磨损试验机,对9CrSi/H62摩擦副进行摩擦磨损试验。研究了以蓖麻油为基础润滑油,加硬脂酸锌和硬脂酸钙添加剂后,转速、加油方式、载荷对摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:加入添加剂可抗磨,但不一定减摩,抗磨减摩效果与工况条件有关。
The wear experiment was completed with a block - on - ring apparatus. Based on castor oil, the effect of oil - filled means. rotating speed. loading on tribology characteristics was investigated after adding stearic zinc and stearic calcium. The results indicated that wear resistance and load capacity were related to operating condition by adding a additive.
