摘要
对蓖麻油作为轧钢工艺润滑油性剂的主要特性进行了研究。采用运动黏度测定仪研究了其黏温性能,采用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了其摩擦学性能,采用热重/差热综合热分析仪研究了其热稳定性,并考察了其水解安定性。结果表明:蓖麻油作为轧钢工艺润滑油性剂具有良好的润滑性能、清净性能以及水解安定性。
The key properties of castor seed oil as an oiliness additive in lubrication oil for steel rolling process were investigated.The viscosity-temperature property was determined by viscosity instrument,the tribological properties were evaluated by four-ball friction and wear testers,the thermal stability property was tested with chemical methods by TG/DTA integrated thermal analyzer,and the hydrolytic stability was investigated.The results indicated that the castor seed oil with good lubricity,detergency and hydrolytic stability was suitable for general oiliness additive in steel rolling lubrication oil.
