摘要
带纵向沟的普通水润滑橡胶轴承,因结构的特殊性使其不能形成完全流体动力润滑,所以其承载能力不高,使其应用范围受到很大限制。本文针对上述问题,设计制造了双水腔动压橡胶轴承新结构,运用理论分析与数值计算论证了建立完全流体动力水膜的可能性和条件,并用实验进行了对比验证。
Although the water - lubricated rubber bearings with cannelure have been used in hydraulic and mining engineering.Its special structure leads to non - hydrodynamic lubrication, low load capacity and limited use scope. In the paper, a structure form for the hydrodynamic rubber bearing was derived that hydrodynamic lubrication could be constructed.
