摘要
水润滑橡胶轴承在低速、重载、润滑不良状况下,会出现异常振动与鸣音,严重影响水下航行器的隐蔽性与生存能力,因此开展鸣音机理研究具有重要的理论意义和工程实际应用价值。该研究主要通过理论分析和台架模拟试验,利用Pulse振动分析平台对艉轴试验台架的振动情况进行数据采集和频谱分析,揭示鸣音产生机理以及载荷、线速度、温度等因数对鸣音的影响规律。
Under the condition of low-speed,heavy-load and poor-lubrication,the water-lubricated rubber bearing can vibrate abnormally with its spirant occurring,which can seriously affect the imperceptibility and viability of the underwater vehicles.Therefore,a detailed research of mechanism of the spirant is of important theoretical significance and practical application value.In this paper,a Pulse vibration analysis platform was used for data acquisition and frequency spectrum analysis for the stern-bearing test-bench.The mechanism of the spirant was revealed,and the influence of the load,linear velocity and the temperature on the mechanism of the spirant was discussed.
