Study on Growth Strategies for Enterprises in Dynamic Environment

摘要 在复杂的动态经营环境中,如何维持持久的竞争优势是每个企业面临的重大难题。本文在文献研究的基础上,将成长战略划分为规模扩张战略、复制成长战略和选择性成长战略,并结合案例对各个战略的特点和优劣性进行了比较和论述,在此基础上,对如何实现三种战略的有效结合进行了深入的探讨。 In current complex and dynamic business environment, how to maintain sustainable competitive strategies is a major problem for every enterprise. Based on literature review, this paper divides growth strategy into three basic strategies: scaling, duplication and granulation, and hence discusses and compares the features of each strategy in term of case study. In the end, how to combine above three strategies effectively is analyzed.
