摘要
本文用正交试验法研究了压铸工艺参数及热处理对压铸锌合金机械性能如冲击韧性、延伸率和抗拉强度的影响,优选出了最佳工艺参数组合:低压射速度,中等压射比压,高模具温度。试验表明热处理可有效地提高合金的韧性和塑性,但使强度下降。本文对试验结果还进行了冶金学原理的分析。
In the paper,the effects of diecasting processing parameters and heat treatment on somemechanical properties of the diecasting zinc-containging alloys,such as impact toughness,elongationand tensile strength are studied by orthogonal experiment.The optimizing combination of processingparameters is:low shot-speed,moderate shot-pressure and high die temperature.The experimentalresults show that the heat treatment can effectively increase the ductility and toughness but reducethe tensile strength of the alloys.The metallurgical principles of the above results are studied,also.
