摘要 为了寻找制造实体保持架的铅黄铜的代用材料,研制了锌合金。为保证研制合金的机械能达到σ_b>343MPa。δ>12%,文中介绍了提高强度和塑性的措施;轴承台架寿命试验及轴承装机试验结果表明,该合金可以替代铅黄铜用于制造实体保持架。附图4幅,表6个,参考文献7篇。 For the purpose of finding substitute meterials of lead brass used for manufacturing solid cages , zinc alloy is developed. In this paper, the measures be taken to improve the strength & plasticity for attaining the mechanical properties of developed alloy to >343MPa, >12% is introduced. The results of rig test for bearing lite & test of bearing fitted into machine show that this alloy can substitute lead brass as material used for making solid cages.
