摘要
在大量试验研究的基础上,阐述了有关石膏型铸工艺的几个主要技术问题,分析了石膏及其浆料的特性,各种填加物对石膏型性能的影响,以及如何控制石膏型铸造的主要工艺过程.
According to an amount of experimental data, this paper summarizes some major technical problems of Casting Technology for Gypseous mold. The specific properties of gypsum and its slurry, the effect of different refractories on the properties of plaster molding, and how to control main process of gypseous mold are analyzed.
