摘要
在大量实验的基础上,本文总结了下列几个主要技术问题:1石膏及其浆料的特性;2各种耐火材料对石膏型性能的影响;3.如何控制石膏型的主要工艺过程.这些对生产大型薄壁复杂的铝合金铸件是极为重要的。
Synopsis: On base of experiments, this paper summarizes following major technical problems: 1. the specific properties of gypsum and its slurry; 2. the effect of different refractories on the properties of plaster mold: 3. how to control main process of plaster mold. It is of importance to produce large complex thin-wall castings of aluminium alloy.
