This paper presents a research on a Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) Algorithm for meeting highly accurate electric measurement. The software was edited with PL/M language and the hardware system was designed with a kernel composed by one chip of SCM(80C196KC)preprocessor and two chips of AD1674 (ADC) achieving the 6-channel alternating sampling of electric parameters in the same phase.
