摘要
讨论了谐波对电气测量的影响，提出了测量、计算谐波含量及含有谐波情况下电压、电流、有功功率、无功功率等电气量的方法，编制了软件程序，并研制出测量装置。
The effect of harmonics to electrical measurement is briefly discussed. The algorithm to calculate harmonics content and the voltage, current, active power, reactive power etc under the influence of harmonic is presented . A corresponding firmware to implement the algorithm is developed.
