摘要
用微波水热方法制备了GaP纳米晶 /桑色素复合发光材料 ,研究了粒度对复合材料发光波长及发光效率的影响。结果表明 :在微波水热条件下 ,GaP纳米晶的晶体结构不发生变化 ,只是在复合反应后粒度有所长大 ;与纯GaP纳米晶的发光光谱相比 ,复合后材料的发光峰变窄 ,发光强度显著增加 ,而且发光峰峰位向短波方向移动 ;另外 ,复合材料的发光波长和效率与GaP纳米晶的粒度有密切关系 。
GaP nanocrystals/morrin composite fluorescent materials are prepared by microwave hydrothermal synthesis method. The effect of the size of GaP nanocrystals on the wavelength and luminescent efficiency of the composite materials have also been investigated. The experimental results show that GaP nanocrystals undergo no structure transformation under the microwave hydrothermal condition, but they grow larger after the composite reaction with morrin. The wavelength of the composite materials blue-shifts and their luminescent efficiency increases when the particle size of GaP nanocrystals get decreased.
