摘要
对高速行星齿轮传动的动态分析 ,获得各构件的动态运动规律及其动载荷。在此基础上 ,计算了齿轮的动态啮合损失 ,风阻损失及轴承损失 ,提出了动态效率的概念及其计算方法。对某航空行星齿轮传动的动态效率进行了计算 ,通过与常规的效率计算方法所得结果以及实验数据的比较 。
The existing methods used to calculate the eff iciency of planetary transmission have not taken into consideration the effect o f its dynamic character, so it is erroneous to calculate the efficiency of high -speed planetary transmission by these methods. In this paper, a dynamic model for high-speed planetary transmission is first established, and the dynamic loa ds and kinematics parameters are solved by a digital method. Then the dynamic po wer losses are divided into three parts, i.e. gear mesh loss P m, windage l oss P w and bearing loss P b, and the equations for determining P m , P w and P b are developed. Finally, a method for calculating dynam ic efficiency of high-speed planetary transmission is proposed. When this metho d is applied to an example, the results show that it is more reasonable than the existing methods.
