制造系统中的单元构建技术研究进展 被引量:1

RESEARCH PROGRESS ON RECONFIGURATION TECHNIQUE FOR MANUFACTURING SYSTEM

摘要 敏捷制造是21世纪的制造模式,而制造单元是敏捷制造模式实施的基础,制造单元构建的实质是制造资源的优化选择与组合。在阐述了制造单元构建的意义的基础上,介绍了单元构建的方法,综述了国内外关于制造单元构建的研究现状,指出了目前单元构建技术研究中存在的问题以及主要发展趋势。 Agile manufacturing is the 21st century manufacturing strategy,and manufacturing cell is the implementation foundation of agile manufacturing strategy.The optimal selection and combination of manufacturing resources are the keys to realize reconfiguration for manufacturing cell.Based on the significance of reconfiguration for manufacturing cell,methods for cell formation are introduced,and the research status between foreign and domestic study progresses is given,some existent problems for cell formation in existent research methods presently are pointed out and the future research trends are presented and analyzed.
