摘要
小电流接触引弧是目前钨极氩弧 (TIG)焊自动引弧的发展趋势 ,本文在分析了小电流接触引弧工作原理的基础上 ,指出影响引弧成功率的主要因素是短路电流和短路时间、热引弧电流和热引弧时间。同时 ,本文设计了一种采用单片机控制的适合于自动焊接设备的接触引弧系统。该系统具有控制精度高 ,可以很好地解决接触引弧过程中出现的夹钨等缺陷问题 ,更为优越的是该系统与弧长自动控制系统共用一套计算机硬件电路和执行机构 ,仅增加部分程序 。
The technology of small current touch striking arc has become a tendency of automatic striking arc technology in TIG welding process.In this paper,a new type of touch striking arc system is introduced,which is controlled by single chip microcomputer and can be applied to all position pipe welding process.The principle of small current touch striking arc system is explicated,and influencing factors in the successful rate of striking arc are also analyzed.This system has high controlling precision,and can effectively avoid some defects,such as tungsten inclusions,which may appear in touch striking arc process.What is more,because this system shares the same set of computer hardware and actuating mechanism with the system of automatic arc length control,nearly no more cost will be increased.
