摘要
对国内外焊接引弧过程的研究现状进行了介绍。基于高时间分辨率的光谱诊断系统,分析了TIG焊接触引弧、MIG焊引弧和激光辅助引弧过程各阶段的物理特征,指出引弧过程存在着主体电离元素的变换现象。先进的光谱分析技术可以对焊接引弧过程中复杂的物理现象进行诊断,获得对其在宏观与微观上的进一步认识。
The studies on arc starting process in welding were introduced at home and abroad in this paper.Based on the high time resolution spectral system,the physical characteristics of TIG touch arc starting process,MIG arc starting process and laser-assisted arc starting process were analyzed.The changing phenomenon of main ionized element in arc starting was pointed.The complicated physical phenomenon of arc starting in welding can be diagnosed via the modern spectral analysis technology and the further understanding of the process may be obtained in macroscopic and microcosmic points of view.
