摘要
利用YAG激光器对2Cr13钢进行了激光熔凝处理.处理后的组织中出现一个低显微硬度的过渡区,该区位于熔凝区和相变硬化区之间.扫描电镜、透射电镜和电子衍射结果证明.该过渡区由马氏体和铁素体组成.不锈钢组织图(schaefflerdiagram)和能谱分析结果表明,Cr在熔池底部的富集是产生铁素体的原因.通过工艺参数的调整可以消除熔地底部的铁素体.
The surface of 2Cr13 steel was treated by YAG laser and the microstructure of the melting pool analyzed using metallographic analysis, SEM and TEM. It is found that there is a transition band between melting zone and quenching area. The microhardness of the transition band is lower than those of melting zone and quenching zone. The results of convergent beam electron diffraction show that the transition band is composed of alpha-Fe and martensite. The main reason of the formation of alpha-ferrite is the enrichment of Cr in the bottom of melting pool. The alpha-Fe in the bottom of melting pool can be partly removed by properly selecting the laser processing parameters.
