摘要
40Cr钢是一种主轴常用调质钢,具有较高的强、韧、塑性配合,但其硬度与耐磨性能并不理想。本文以激光热处理工艺来提高40Cr的硬度与耐磨性,以常规热处理后的40Cr钢和进行激光热处理的40Cr钢制成两组试样进行比较试验,经过金相分析,硬度测量,摩擦磨损试验研究,得出40Cr激光热处理试样有四个不同的层,每层有不同的组织结构、层深与硬度。最硬层不再表层而在次表层,最硬层硬度约为原始基体硬度的3.48倍,约为主轴常调质试件硬度的2.04倍。40Cr激光热处理试样比40Cr常规热处理试样的磨痕较浅、耐磨性提高,且最表面硬度低于最硬层,精磨80μm以上即可达到最硬层,可为主轴局部激光热处理与加工提供实验依据。
40Cr steel is a common quenched axis steel with high , tough, and plastic cooperation, however, their resistance is not satisfactory. In this paper, laser heat treatment is used to improve 40Cr' s hardness and wear resistance, by comparing 40Cr and 40Cr laser heat treatment samples, metallographic analysis, hardness measurement, friction and wear test study. 40Cr laser heat treatment samples have four different layers, every layers have different organizational structure, layer depth and hardness . The most hard layer is in the subsurface, the most hard - hardness is about 3.48 times of the original matrix and 2.04 times of the conventional heat treatment hardness samples. Compared to the conventional heat treatment samples, 40Cr laser heat treatment samples is less wear, high resistance,the surface hardness is lower than the most hard layer, reaching the most hard layer after 80μm fine grinding ,also it provides evidences for partially spindle laser heat treatment process and experiments.
