摘要
粘合剂成膜速度是涂料印花的关键 ,研究粘合剂乳液成膜性能相当重要。通过对影响乳液成膜性的因素 ,如粘合剂单体组成 ,乳化剂含量、焙烘温度和时间、粘合剂色浆中的助剂组分等探讨 ,并与粘合剂PT4000成膜性能对比 ,SX型粘合剂具有优良的成膜性能。
Since the rate of film forming of a binder is the key in pigment printing, the research on emulsion film forming properties has considerable significance. An investigation of factors influencing emulsion film forming properties addresses the monomer compositions of the binder, the content of emulsifying agent, curing temperature and duration, and the auxiliary components in binder colour paste. Having made a comparision with Binder PT 4000 in terms of emulsion film forming, Binder SX proves to possess with excellent film forming properties.
