摘要
针对亚麻织物存在弹性和柔软性差、手感粗糙、易起皱等缺点 ,特选取了有机硅柔软剂SD -G5 0透心硅油对其进行柔软整理。通过对处理前后织物的弯曲长度、折皱回复角和撕裂强力对比分析发现 ,用该柔软剂处理后的织物在柔软性和抗折皱性方面都有明显的改善 ,是比较理想的可应用于亚麻织物的柔软整理剂 。
Linen fabric has some defects such as low elasticity and softness,handle roughness and bad wrinkle resistance.For improving the behaviors of linen fabric,the paper finishes some linen fabrics by using organosilicon softening agent SD-G50.After finishing these experiments,contrasts the behaviors of finished fabric and non-finished fabric.We find that softness and wrinkle resistance of linen fabric have been improved obviously after having been finished.So can know that softening agent SD-G50 is a good selection in softening linen fabric.At the same time,the best process condition is made sure.
