摘要
EPA和DHA具有多种重要的生理功能 ,已引起食品、医药等领域的高度重视。利用海藻作为生产EPA和DHA的又一来源具有巨大的潜力和十分重要的意义。着重阐述了海藻的EPA、DHA的含量和生产优势 ,并叙述了EPA、DHA的生产方法。
EPA and DHA has been paid high attention in the fields of food and medicine industry because of their important health functions.It has great potentialities and significance to use marine algae as a source of producing EPA and DHA.In this paper,the nutritional functions,development,market prospect and producing source of EPA and DHA are presented.Particularly,EPA,DHA content and advantages of marine algae are reviewed importantly as well as the producing methods of EPA and DHA.
