摘要
根据闪点的变化规律 ,发现有机化合物的闪点与沸点之间存在着良好的线性关系 ,据此发展了一种计算有机化合物闪点的普适化方法。对 145 7种有机化合物的计算结果表明 ,闪点计算值与实验值的一致性令人满意 ,平均误差 3 75 %。本文方法的提出 ,不仅揭示了有机物的闪点与沸点之间的定量关系 。
Correlation was investigated between the flash point and normal boiling point of organic compound. It was found out there was a good linear relation between flash point T f and normal boiling point T b, T f = 33 176 + 0 67465 T b and a universal method was developed that can be used to calculate the flash point of organic compound from the data of boiling point. The calculated results showed that the calculated flash points agreed with the experiment data satisfactorily, and the average relative percent error was 3 75% for 1457 flash data points. Not only can the method proposed in this paper reveal the quantitative relation between flash point and normal boiling point, but can be used to predict the flash points of organic compounds for chemical engineering.
