摘要
大豆皂甙由皂甙元和低聚糖构成 ,由于组成大豆皂甙的甙元和低聚糖的种类不同 ,大豆皂甙具有多种生物学和药学性质 ,如降低血脂、抗癌、抑制血小板凝聚、抗病毒等作用 ,开发大豆皂甙具有广阔的前景。主要就大豆皂甙的提取、精制、生理功能及应用进行综述。
Soyasaponins have been known to contain an aglycone(sapogenol),linked to one or more sugars or oligosaccharide moieties.As the aglycone and the oligosaccharide moieties are different,soyasaponins show different physiological and pharmacological properties,such as goitrogenic,antitumor,antioxidative and HIV infection inhibitory activities.Here we focus on the extration,the purification,the physiological function and the application of soyasaponins.
