Physiological Functions and Application of Soyasaponin

摘要 大豆皂甙是由皂甙元和低聚糖构成的一种天然化合物,具有多种生物学和药学性质。本文总结了近年来有关大豆皂甙的一些研究进展,对大豆皂甙的理化性质、生理功能和开发利用前景予以综述。 Soyasaponin is a kind of natural compounds with an aglycone linked to one or more sugar or oligosaeeharide moieties. As the aglyeone and the oligosaceharide moieties are different, soyasaponins show different biosiologieal and pharmacological properties, such as goitrogenic, antitumor, antioxidation and HIV resistance. This article summarizes the recent research advances on soyasponins, including physical and chemical characters, physiological function and the prospect for the development and utilization of soyasaponin.
