摘要
《计划生育技术服务管理条例》的颁布与实施将推动避孕节育知情选择在中国的深入开展 ,有效推进知情选择将成为贯彻实施条例的关键。本文系统阐述了避孕节育知情选择的起源、发展和背景 ,影响避孕方法选择的因素 ,开展知情选择的策略 ,政府计划生育部门及社会团体各界的职责 ,知情选择项目的评估以及在推行实践中的可能出现问题等。
The enaction and implementation of 'The Management Ordinance of Technical Service of Family Planning' will remarkably promote informed choice on contraception in China. The key of the implementation of the Ordinance is the effective practice of informed choice. This article introduces the background, initiation, and development of informed choice, influencing factors of contaceptive choice, strategy of carrying out informed choice , roles and responsibilities of family planning staff in implementation, monitoring and evaluation of informed choice, and possible problems during implementation.
