摘要
目的 了解山东省农村已婚育龄妇女避孕节育知情选择开展现状及其影响因素。方法 采用问卷调查，对4024名20～29岁的农村已婚育龄妇女避孕节育知情选择开展现状及其影响因素进行调查，采用X^2检验进行单因素分析，采用非条件Logistic回归进行多因素分析。结果 （1）调查对象中，能够知情选择避孕节育方法的人占71．92％（2894／4024），不能者占28.08％（1130／4024）；（2）影响避孕节育知情选择的因素为年龄、文化程度、避孕知识得分、是否听说过避孕节育知情选择、是否知道“选择”的含义、服务站技术人员向调查对象介绍避孕节育方法的种类等。结论 应加强管理层认知，改善技术服务人员的业务水平，提高育龄妇女的自身素质。
Objective To understand the development status of the informed choice of contraceptive and related influencing factors among marrid reproductive-aged women at rural area in shandong province. Methods A total of 4 024 marrid reproductive women at rural area aged between 20 and 49 were recruited and investigated with the structural questionnaire. Data were analyzed with methods of chi-square test and non-conditional Logistic regression. Results （1） 71.92% of the investigated women can chose contraceptive by herself,and 28.08% can not. （2）The influencing factors of informed choice of contraceptive include age, educational level, contraceptive knowledge scores, whether or not known informed choice of contraceptive, whether or not known the implication of informed choice, the kind of contraceptive introduced by doctor in family planning technical service center. Conclusion More attention should be paid to strengthen administrative personnel＇s awareness, improve health workers＂ professional skills and increase the culture and education of the marrid reproductive--aged women at rural area.
