摘要
知识产权制度是一种依法保护发明创造者利益的制度 ,它不仅对世界各国的工业发展起到了极大的促进作用 ,对农业技术的创新也提供了最有效的动力机制、激励机制和有序的竞争与制约机制。对于不同的农业科技发明创造可以依法采取不同的保护途径和方法 ,以达到保护发明创造者合法权益的目的。
Intellectual property system is a kind of law system designed to protect the rights of inventors.Since the introduction of the system,it not only takes great part in the promotion of industry in the world but also provides an effective way to stimulate the initiative invention of agricultural technology.To use the system efficiently in protecting the intellectual rights of agricultural invention,the way and method to protect agricultural inventions in different sectors of agriculture should be specially designed.Some relevant topics are discussed in the present paper.
