摘要
我国加入WTO后,农产品的国际竞争主要是技术的竞争,是农产品技术含量的竞争。分析了我国农业专利工作的现状和存在的问题及莲藕产业的专利情况,并依据专利现状分析未来技术发展的趋势,提出了如何使用专利战略提高农产品科技含量的具体措施。
After WTO entry , the competition of Agricultural Products has evolved into competition of technology, Technology barriers have become a bottleneck in the trade of agricultural products. Technology innovation will be the competing focus of the corporation. This thesis takes Lotus Industry as an example and tries to do some work on analysis of the Agricultural products patents. Then the authors give the advice and offer the measures of constructing Agricultural product-strategy based on Lotus Industry.
