在硫酸厂的气体换热器设计中,依据最新资料改写贝尔式,列出了换热器的计算方法。根据经验,论述了布管比数、管子外径、管子内径、管子长度、管心距、折流板间距、折流板切去率、折流板与壳内径的间隙以及管孔间隙等参数的选取。
A design method for gas heat exchangers of sulphuric acid plants is proposed on the basis of modifying the Bell equation with newly obtained information. The tube fraction, sizes and pitch, baffle spacing and cut, diametral clearance between baffle and shell, and clearance between tubes and baffles e discussed according to design experience.
