摘要
根据热力学和传递过程原理,对硫酸厂气体换热器管侧传热过程进行分析,研究损失的变化规律。建立最佳雷诺数计算公式,以最小损失为评价探讨气体换热器管侧的节能设计。
The exergy loss on the tube side of gas-gas heat exchanger of H2SO4 plants is analyzed by applying thermodynamic principles and heat transfer theories. An equation for optirnurn Reynolds corresponding to the minimum exergy loss is established to make an exploration of energy-saving design for tube side of gas-gas heat exchangers.
