摘要
本文着重讨论溶血、反复冻融、肝素抗凝对血吸虫抗体检测(IHA 法) 的影响,结果表明:当标本中HB 含量> 20g/L 时,抗体滴度明显下降,在Hb 为10 ~80g/L 范围内,抗体滴度与Hb 含量呈负相关;反复冻融30 次不影响抗体效价;肝素抗凝标本抗体效价较对照血清下降一个滴度,但与肝素含量无关。作者认为,以IHA 法检测血吸虫抗体时,应避免标本溶血;
The main aim of this article is to deal with whether haemolysis,serum treated by freezing and dissolving repeatedly and plasma prepared with heparin cna influence the antibody titer in schistosomiasis by IHA.The result showed haemolysis can decrease the antibody titer.When the concen tration of hemoglobin increased to 20g/L,the decrease become significant.Anegative correlation was found between antibody titer and the concentration of hemoglobin(10g/L—80g/L).No difference ,however,was found when serum was frizzed and dissolved for 0,5,15 and 30times.Antibody,titer was one times higher in control serum than that in all plasma specimes.It was suggested that haemolysis of specimes and plasma premredn with heparin should be avoided when we detect schistosome Antibody by IHA.
