摘要
报告纤维内镜直视下测量350例成人正常食管长度的结果。上切齿至贲门平均长度为41.5cm;食管平均长度26.9cm。与传统的数据相比,二者分别长1.5cm 和1.9cm。并就身高、坐高、性别与食管长度关系进行了探讨。
The length of the esophagus in 350 adults was measured by a GIFQ10 type fibrogastroscope.The average length from the upper incisors to the cardia was 41.5cm and that from the upper end of the esophagus to the cardia was 26.9cm.Both of these were 1.5cm and 1.9cm longer than the traditional data(P<0.001).The correlation between the length of the esophagus and the body height was also approached.
