广州地区成人食管长度与体表数据及身高的关系 被引量：4

摘要 在临床上，如何判断食管的长度，对上消化道许多疾病的诊断和治疗是非常重要的。胃镜检查中，要准确判断食管的长度并不容易，而测量食管贲门至门齿的长度较容易和准确，因而更具实用价值。食管贲门至门齿的长度的人群变异和正常参考范围，国内外鲜见报道。我们用胃镜测量食管贲门至门齿的长度，并测量剑突下缘至眉心、前发际和身高，从循证医学的角度研究这些关系，为消化专科医生和临床技能训练提供客观的活体资料。
