小型可调谐TEA CO_2激光的二次谐波产生 被引量:4

Second Harmonic Generation in Tunable Mini-TEA CO_2 Laser

摘要 利用国产的、尺寸为 7mm× 8mm× 12mm的AgGaSe2 晶体 ,实现了可调谐TEACO2 激光的二次谐波产生 ,得到了CO2 激光 10 .6 μm和 9.6 μm谱带的 12条谱线的二次谐波。最大的二次谐波输出能量达到 1.32mJ[10P(16 )谱线 ]。在 10P(18)谱线处获得的最大能量转换效率为 4%。 Second harmonic generation (SHG) is experimentally demonstrated in tunable mini-TEA CO2 laser with domestically made AgGaSe2 crystal, which has the dimension 7 mm ×8 mm ×12 mm. 12 SH lines generated from CO2 spectrum region 10.6-9.6 μm were obtained. The maximum SH output is found to be 1.32 mJ [10 P(16)]. And, in 10 P (18) line, the maximum energy conversion was 4%.
