摘要
目的 对酸枣仁及其混淆品进行蛋白质电泳鉴别。方法 采用高效毛细管电泳法对酸枣仁及其混淆品蛋白质进行分析。结果 酸枣仁及其混淆品蛋白质高效毛细管电泳谱图有明显的差异。
OBJECTIVE To identify the Semen Ziziphi Spinos ae and its confused variety by the proteins electrophoresis.METHDOS The proteins from Semen Ziziphi Spinosae were analyzed by high-perf ormance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE).RESULTS Semen Ziz iphi Spinosae was distinguished from its confused variety by the proteins elec trophorograms.CONCLUSION The HPCE could be used for the phar macognositical identification of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae.
