摘要
评估了大型工程如已建成的“京九”铁路、在建的“三峡工程”和拟建的“南水北调”中线工程对湖北省长江产业带和汉江产业带的支柱产业所起的正面和负面的影响 ,以及对新兴产业的促进作用 .针对这三种情况 ,提出了产业布局调整的建议 :加强长江中游的电力工业和建材工业基地建设 ;保持纺织和冶金产业的优势 ;发展陆上交通运输 ,替代汉江航运 ,并限制汉江流域污染强和耗水量大的企业 ;大力发展与工程相关的旅游业和服务行业 .
The influence on the established industries has been or will be made by the three major engineering constructions partly in Hubei province--the Railway from Beijing to Jiulong which has been built, Three Gorges Construction which is being built and the Middle Route of China's South-to-North Water Transfer Project which is ready to build. This paper evaluated the positive and negative effects of these three constructions on the original mainstay industries as well as the stimulation to new-born industries in Hubei province. To be aimed at three situations, this paper suggests the following adjustments of industry layout: Strengthen firepower industry and material industry for architecture and construction; maintain the predominance of textile industry and metallurgy industry; develop overland transportation to substitute for shipping in Hanshui River; restrict the development of the industries which bring about serious pollution consume large amount of water in Hanshui River;devote major efforts to developing tourism industry and service industry which are related with the engineering constructions.
