摘要
阐述了现实疗法的基本理论 ,介绍了现实疗法的九个基本技术 ,从联系与区别两方面分析了现实疗法与其他心理疗法的关系 。
The basic theory and nine techniques of practical treatment are dealt with in this article and the judgement about it is also give in terms of contribution and main limitation.
