摘要
在288.15~318.15 K(间隔5 K)下,采用分光光度法测定了L-胱氨酸(L-Cystine)在纯水及氯化镁水溶液中的溶解度.通过回归分析,得到溶解度S(mol/L)与温度T及MgCl2质量百分比浓度WtB%的经验关系:-lgS=(1088.4+136.15WtB%)/T-0.438 4-0.507 6WtB%.
Solubilties of L-Cystine in a series of aqueou of mgC12 at 288.15~318.15 K are deter-mined by spectrophotometry. These experimental data are better fitted by following expression:-lgS = (1088.4 + 136.15WtB%)/T-0.438 4-0.507 6WtB%,-lgS = (1 088.4 + 136.15WtB%)/T-0.438 4-0.507 6WtB%,Where S is the molarity of L-Cystine,WTB% is the percentage concentration by weight of MgCl2,T isthe temperature under the blanced condition. The data and relevant information can be used for the pro-duction and the application of L-Cystine.
